SECL provides support that assists refugees and vulnerable migrants to build independent and meaningful livelihoods that make a positive contribution to our local communities. We also engage new and emerging communities in capacity building activities that provide practical support, advocacy, service linkage and training to empower and uphold their rights as they resettle in Victoria.
