Volunteering

Our team has worked in partnership with the south-east Melbourne community for more than 50 years.

Throughout this time, local volunteers have played a vital role in helping people create stability in their lives and increase their opportunities for the future.

We know that for some people, a volunteer position can provide a valuable opportunity to get experience and develop skills that increase their ability to gain paid employment.

Volunteers at South East Community Links are provided with the same supports and opportunities made available to our paid staff including:

• Training and orientation to support you undertake your volunteer role
• Ongoing professional development and training to support you to build you skills
• Ongoing supervision and support with the work that you are doing

Many of our services would not be possible without the support of these team members, who go above and beyond for all our clients.

That’s why we’re always looking for new people to contribute to our work.
