Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS) in Casey South

South East Community Links provides specialised casework and community development support to humanitarian entrants and family stream migrants who have recently migrated to Australia during the last 5 years.  Our SETS program strives to empower clients to resettle through practical support, advocacy, service linkage, community information sessions and workshops.

This program provides services to individuals, families and communities living in the suburbs of Casey South; Cranbourne, Cranbourne East, Cranbourne North, Cranbourne South, Cranbourne West, Clyde, Clyde North, Hampton Park, Lynbrook, Lyndhurst, Pearcedale, Tooradin, Narre Warren South (East) and Narre Warren South (West).
