AMPLIFY

Young creatives are in charge, bringing fresh talent and big energy to local stages.

Amplify

Amplify is a State Government initiative that gives young people the opportunity to lead the planning and event management of live music, art and cultural events within their local communities. As one of the partners, SECL’s Amplify program provides performance opportunities for local musicians and emerging artists to showcase their talent through various events. All Amplify events are fully supervised and drug, alcohol and smoke free.

SECL’s Amplify Committee is a group of local young people aged from 12 to 25 who plan and organise these events for young people in the southeast. Committee members are given the chance to learn valuable skills in technical production and sound tech, stage and performance management, planning and delivering community events.

SECL is now recruiting for the Amplify Committee!

If being a part of the Amplify Committee sounds like the thing for you, please submit an Expression of Interest below and one of our staff will be in touch!
